Recent GSEI student leaders have completed internships and accepted jobs at major organizations such as American Express, Arabella, Booz Allen Hamilton, Chobani, Deloitte, One, (RED), and the U.S. Department of State. Some are building their own social enterprises.

  • Eric Kesller (M'05) - Founder and Chairman, Arabella Advisors

Arabella started as a class project and continues to use Georgetown McDonough as an employee pipeline.

  • Jennifer Sheehy (M'97) - Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Disability Employment Policy, U.S. Department of Labor

I'm pleased to count GSEI among my office's diverse partners as we work together to change employer perceptions of hiring individuals with disabilities.

  • Adrienne Weil (M’11) Director, Partnerships at Partnership for a Healthier America

Helping participate in GSEI's creation and leveraging its strengths as a partner in my post-MBA job have given me the opportunity to stay connected to McDonough and receive ongoing career guidance.
