As final exams draw to a close, we wish our graduating students Pak Aranyawat (MBA'17), Amy Yaskowski (MBA'17), Daniela Fernandez (BA'17), and Sophia Wood (BA'17) a fond farewell. Others returning in the fall will be back with exciting stories to tell.

Here is a quick look at what's next for our students this summer...

Bryan Vodicka (MBA'18)

I'm spending my summer with the National Park Service as part of their Business Plan Internship program. I'll be living and working at Chiricahua National Monument as well as Coronado National Memorial and Fort Bowie National Historic Site.

Clara Cecil (MSB'18)

This summer I will be researching patterns of food waste in developed and developing countries as a McDonough School of Business Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow. I am also the Logistics Co-Chair for the National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference that will be hosted at Georgetown in July.

Puja Garg (MBA'18)

This summer I will be taking my love for chocolate to the marketing team at Hershey! I will be spending three months living in Harrisburg, PA and interning as a brand manager at the Hershey Company. I have no doubt that my weekends will consist of eating chocolate and visiting Hershey Park with my fellow interns.

Siona Sharma (BA'19)

I will be pursing a Deloitte internship in Pittsburgh this summer. I was also recently named North America's only undergraduate recipient of McKinsey and Co's Next Generation Women Leadership Award, so that will allow me to interact with McKinsey at events and through mentorships throughout the summer. I'll also continue to work on big projects at Starts with Soap, my social enterprise.

Pak Aranyawat (MBA'17)

I will be building a startup called "Chuerjai" aiming to promote financial inclusion and provide financial access to unbanked and underbanked in Thailand and Southeast Asia. The startup will connect financial institutions with the target group by offering alternative credit scoring service that is tailored to match the unique characteristics of these people.

Becky Arnold (MBA'18)

I will be working at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston, MA as a Corporate Development Plan (CDP) Summer Associate. CDP is a rotational program designed to expose MBAs to all aspects of the business in an effort to development their skills and knowledge and ultimately enable them to take a leadership position benefiting the company through their diverse experiences. I will be working in the Global Specialty Business Unit focused on international specialty and re-insurance business.

Zach Ostro (MBA'19)

I will be working in my current job, for Legislative Director to Rep. Robin Kelly, and traveling for to Shanghai for my global business experience

Sarah Reid (MBA'18)

This summer I will be doing corporate brand management for Hilton in the wellness (Fitness and Spa) area.

Chris Dailey(MBA'18)

Emma Klingenstein (MBA'18)

I'll be working with the impact investing team at City First Enterprises, a nonprofit bank holding company and incubator of social finance solutions located in DC, that promotes social justice by increasing economic access and expanding opportunity for low-wealth communities.
